trouble with quickquid

Hi, I had a 150 pound loan off quickquid on the 6th Feb 2013 I had 2 repayment dates 26th Feb 44.25 and 5th April 194.25. I logged into my account and it said that the first payment had been made and only needed to pay off the second they told me the payment was taken early so no payment was required on the 26th with I thought nothing of as money for that amount had come out of my bank. I then logged back into my account and it had changed and said I needed to pay the 44.25 on 26th Feb even though I paid I phoned them and they reassured me the first payment had been made. I then received a email today saying my account is in default as the money was not in my bank on the 26th and have added a 12pound late charge. This is not correct as I made the payment and was told so by quickquid as well but now they saying I haven't paid and they have no emails or phone calls from me which is strange. I have opened up a new bank account now as I am not letting them have any more money which I don't owe. Can anyone help what will happen if I don't pay the outstanding amount that's left! Thanks

    I had 2 repayment dates
    * 26th Feb 44.25 and
    * 5th April 194.25.

    I logged into my account date? and it said that the first payment had been made and only needed to pay off the second

    they told me on the phone? date? Name of person?the payment was taken early so no payment was required on the 26th with I thought nothing of as money for that amount had come out of my bank. Did you check your bank? Had the money gone? Date?

    I then logged back into my accountDate? and it had changed and said I needed to pay the 44.25 on 26th Feb even though I paid

    I phoned them Date? Name? and they reassured me the first payment had been made. I then received a email today saying my account is in default as the money was not in my bank on the 26th and have added a 12pound late charge.

    This is not correct as I made the payment and was told so by quickquid as well As above - who told you? When? but now they saying I haven't paid and they have no emails or phone calls from me which is strange.

    1) Write to them. A letter, not text/email/ etc.
    Do NOT write like your post, write simple sentences, with paragraphs.

    Include a list of ALL dates/times of phone/emails + what was said and by who. Include the date the money left your bank (+ a copy of your bank statement as proof)

    Ask them to remove the 12pound late charge from your account.

    2) Make sure you pay the 194.25. on 5th April.

    A bit drastic to open a new account? Seems more to it?

    Dont even contemplate not paying whats owed as more charges will be applied and the amount owed will grow and grow. Follow the advice posted by G_M.
