mysurvey site not working

    I signed up with this lot last week. Did several surveys, went over the number of points needed to get £3, and then they mysteriously closed my account; 'We apologize, but the account used is currently not active. Please contact us if you have questions.'

    Looking at their facebook page at some comments, I'm not alone. Needless to say, contacting them has so far resulted in '.............'.

    Are people using uk.mysurvey.com? Rather than mysurvey.com?

    As the sites are the same in appearance but different websites, and as such if I try and log in to the US it doesn't work.

    Maybe check that? Alternatively, try e-mailing them?
