mysurvey site not working

I have been sent a number of surveys from mysurvey recently but I can't get the site to open never mind actually log in to do them.
I have tried coming at the site from all angles but no joy.

Anyone else having the same trouble?

no trouble here, been on and done 3 surveys this afternoon

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I have been able to do surveys but today noticed a Verify your account on the site but if I click on that it says: We are sorry but at the moment you cannot validate your account, please try later.
But this is to do with a Mobile, so that could just be that it would like me to add a mobile number, which I won't do.

I have tried again today but the browser will just not open the site

and no, I am not going to download and install another browser that I don't want just to try to open 1 site on the internet that worked in the browser that I have 2 weeks ago.

I'm using IE9 and MySurvey website works fine for me.

Just wondering whether you are using 'comparitive view'. Go to 'Tools', and click this option.

Have you tried clearing your cache? Sometimes the browser can't find a site, so puts the error page in the cache instead of the site. Then when you try to visit the site it just shows you the cached error page.

That was one of the first things that I tried.
It is almost like there is some kind of block on the site but I'm darned if I can find it.
