My fiancee thinks she has lost 4 tickets for girls aloud next month. Will they send out new ones or is it game over?

I imagine it's almost certainly game over. If they're unallocated seating / standing tickets then you have no chance.
But if they're for allocated seats then who knows, you might be able to persuade them to send replacements, even though I'm pretty sure they don't do this usually.0 -
