E1 lists 10/2011 to current register, is that your current address?

It is indeed. It says current, so I'm guessing, it just stays like that, so If I apply, and give that address, the computer/human will show I am currently on the register?

I'm only 19 so don't know a lot about this, but say if I am currently on the reg, and I don't register to vote this year, I'm guessing my council will update the reg, and I no longer will appear on it?

Every year the council will send or in person deliver a from to every house which has to be completed with the names of all people eligible to vote or indeed nearly old enough. It's usually about Sept/Oct time. What happened with this last year?

You don't need to so anything if someone has done it on your behalf, the renewal forms for the electoral roll are by household and so one person can renew (with a disclaimer that they're acting on behalf of everyone) with a simple option effectively saying no changes from previous year.

I filled it in last year, I'l just wait until it comes again this year and do the same.

I understand completely now anyway, many thanks to all. :D
