I've bought a couple of bits off them over last 18 months or so for my Peugeot via eBay. Namely door mirrors and a coil pack.
Didn't have any problems.0 -
Do not use these dishonest hporrible people. I bought a part from this company and it was not the right part for my car - I gave the registration and they said it would fit my car.
I phoned them and told them it was wrong - they told me to send it back and they would refund me straight away.
I send by recorded delivery and they signed for it the next day.
I have been told several times that the money would be refunded - but after 3 months and counting it hasn't.
I was told today a credit note was sent to me - which never arrived - this was by paul the manager who "sent it himself" weeks ago.
Yet 4 days ago I was told by a member of staff accounts were processing the refund that day. I get told a different story every time I phone now.
Avoid these lying scumbags. This has cost me £60 for part and delivery back to the company plus bank charges I incured as I stupidly believed the assurance they made back in May the money would be in my account within 7 days.
Please do not use this company.0 -
I'm having a nightmare with these cowboys have you? I have loads of evidence contact details of owners photos etc need help contact me0

I wish I had checked this company out before I parted with any money with them 6 weeks later and I am out of pocket to the tune of £240. They are experts at sending out wrong parts fobbing you off and not paying refunds. Hope nobody else gets stung by these cowboys.0

B£$£%£$ sent me a broken part and refused to replace despite the six month guarantee as it hadn't been reported in 14 days0 -
Seems very odd that it's just Ford and Peugeot.......
Why not Mazda? Why not Citroen?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Or Volvo, or Jag, or even Toyota (107) or Mitsubishi (C-Crosser or whatever the Pug equivalent is) or Fiat (Ka)?0 -
Hi everyone.
I purchased a set of injectors for my Mondeo from this company at the cost of £160. They arrived quickly with a blob of orange paint on them for I.D. purposes which flaked off when fitting them. One was ok but the other three failed a leak off test quite badly. My mechanic removed the three bad ones from the car and I promptly returned them in person for exchange under the six month guarantee they came with. The guy looked at them and stated that as there was no sign of the paint they would not even consider exchanging them.
I would very strongly recommend that you don't use these cowboys. They've taken my money and now don't give a fig!!!!!!!!
It's a shame we can't make more people aware before they waste their money.0 -
You can make more people aware if your willing to put the effort in and make sure you stay legal whilst doing it to prevent them suing you.
Some years back i created a site to warn others about a company and publish my problems i had with them.
The site was right there next to their one in google with some very negative comments visible. It must have upset them as they sorted my issue and wanted the domain i created.
Probably harder to do these days but still possible with some work.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
