More Than Insurance

I have 2 dogs & cancelled the insurance for one of them having paid all the annual premiums. When I phoned some weeks later to cancel the insurance on the other dog I was told the other one had not been cancelled but they would cancel them both, again ALL premiums were paid for the year & on time.
Today I recieved a default notice through the post for one policy (not two). When I phoned up about it I was told to ignore it, both policies had been cancelled & there was NO money outstanding & no late payments.
I was informed that when someone cancelled a policy MORE THAN sent out a default notice automatically as they had so many policies to deal with they couldnt send out a normal cancellation letter. What a load of carp:mad:
Well thats two less policies they will have to worry about in the future, theres no way I will ever deal with them again.
