npower direct debit reduction?
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of reducing their direct debit charge from Npower?
I’m in a small apartment (2 people) and am paying £101 per month direct debit for gas & electricity. This was increased from £70 per month 6 months ago.
My account is £130 in credit and my latest statement predicts I will use £560 of energy in the next 12 months.
So my predicted usage is under £600 for the year and on the direct debit rate I am on I will pay £1200 for the year. So I should be safe enough in reducing my dd back down to around £60 per month?
