Oh my goodness everyone. Yesterday I had to email the MD for my new job, telling him that it was actually leaving me £250 short per month so I couldn't accept the job. I wasn't looking to negotiate, just tell him.

Just had an offer of another massive salary increase. And I mean massive. More than enough to live off and save. Plus I'm not in til Thursday so I can enjoy some time off :)

A little disappointing, was hoping to sell a few more bits & for a bit more pennies before the new postage costs hit - but will leave it now for new listings until after they kick in. I'll need to re-cost my p&p (as I'm sure most people will too).

I think it has been very quiet any way - my boyfriend sells nerdy warhammer models which get snapped up, but its been slow for him. 100+ listings and I only sold two things.

  • Wow well done Emma!

I've had a dire month. Not even £5 a day in the pot. Think Im going to go and join fairys thread to make sure Im doing positive stuff every day! Can cash out a few £ on apptrailers but trying to wait till the end of the month to do that. Got £20 to add from ebay sales. Was hoping to open my penny jar that has notes and a fewer higher coins in but its not quite full yet so that will probably go onto next months total.
    £20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j
    £20 a day May 2014 £108.45/£600

Mav, if you click on the reply button below the pm - it will automatically open up a reply box (a bit like normal postings), with the original message quoted ... scroll to end of message then add your reply & hit send, hope that helps :A

Thanks Emm, I do wonder also whether the free listing weekends have an impact .. I seem to vaguely remember it being the same for many in the week following previous free listings ?
