Craft fair today was a total disaster. People came but refused to part with their cash. Taking stall money into account I made a loss. Everyone packed up an hour early. I think I was one of the last to start packing.
I hope we have a reasonable boot sale tomorrow. Sharing the stall with a friend so I actually only get half a pitch but only pay half a pitch fee.

Such a shame to hear that Gemini :( But tomorrow is another day as my dear mum used to say - Hope you have a great day and make up the shortfall lost today.

Well.......I have a bid on my double your money item challenge so at the worst I will break even! Ends tomorrow so will report back how I got on.

Welcome to everyone joining the challenge :D

Adding £4.93 profit from an ebay sale. Also sold a toddler clothes bundle which is due to be collected tomorrow for £27 profit (after ebay fee) but will not add that until the ££ is in my hand!

Sold a couple of other items on ebay and will need to work out postage / fee's etc so will update re: that tomorrow. Had a real SHOCK sale.......listed a dress that has a small stain on it in the hope it would go for £15 - £20 and it has ended at £60!! Stain was described and clearly photographed. Buyer has not paid yet...........seems too good to be true so will see what happens.

I don't know what it is with me. I either struggle to get £1 - £2 to come in via dribs or drabs or it all flows in at once (obviously preferring the latter!).

Unfortunately, with the exception of my double money item that ends tomorrow my Ebay listings are pretty much a done deal. (Deep breath and brace for hunting out / photographing / listing mission over the next 2 days!).

Great to see how well everyone is doing - all chipping away in the right direction.

ps. Glad you are feeling a little better after a break Durham and still making a little £ :)
