Breach of contract during redundancy procedure?

I have faced redundancy in my company. I choose alternative employment, as i coudent find sutable job durring the consultation period.
Two weeks after i moved to new lower paid role some empliyees got their possition back on full time contract, but no one offered it to me. I was told they have been given out based on fair interview. Yet after spoken with staff nothing like that happend. They just been asked if they want jobs back. One of them was my wife so i know for sure. Other member found out from me he will get his job back as he was on holiday during that period. We was told all secondments in our role will finish which has not happend and now staff on difriend contracts is doing my old job. One member of staff took voluntary redundance 3 months after the period for it elapsed. Clearly if i know i could get more time i wouldent choose lower paid job as i have refused it twice in the past.I went thro all oficial stages of grievience procedure. I havent heard nothing back from them. Ive send two chasing letters and still nothing. It got to a point where im unable to do my job, we had to cancel part of therapy for my dissable child as we cant afford to pay anymore, i have scored 20 of 27 points in depresion/axiety test done by my GP. After coming back to work i will have further consequences due to attendance which may potentialy lead to my dismissal. CAB tole me i got very strong case but there is nothing i can do about it, and askes do i really want to take againrs biggets employer in UK as it may hurt me more then them.
