Theres some transit 2.5's listed as not possible just like the LDV, I'm not sure of the ins and outs of them, but is your LDV possibly one of the versions that aren't possible in the transit either?
I always thought Biomotors was for Veg running. It's either possible, possible with an additional tank, or not feasible.
Edited to add, remember biodiesel and vegetable oil are not the same. I don't think biomotors comments are related to bio use.0
