Good evening all
I have had quite a busy day, think it will be an early night for me and not even time for a glitchy shop.
I start my new part time job tomorrow, so went for induction today. Left my 2yr old with my friend, she loves my friend but was first time leaving her. After I left I realized that my friend wouldn't know how to turn on the tv (little remote that turns off all plugs) but luckily my 2yr old knows how to do it :rotfl:
I did go out to asda to try and find something a bit more suitable to wear to work, until we get uniforms. Would have gone to town, but not enough time. Picked up one white with black stripes t-shirt from their sale, (not for work) This was meant to be £4, but went through at £6. So off I go to CS, they call clothing girl over. I show clothing girl where I found it, next to identical t-shirts, but white with blue stripes and some grey ones with pink stripes. Clothing girl goes off to check if it is in sale. Comes back to CS saying it's not in sale. CS says she can't let me buy it for £4. It was only £2 more, but it wasn't a top I was fussed about, so got a refund, but a bit annoyed about all the faffing around. I felt they should have let me buy it for £4, after all I didn't put the sticker on it. I suppose if it's worth a moan to you guys, then I should complain to asda. I did have a little moan at the CS desk, something like..well I won't be looking at your clothing again. Should have said you may as well stick sale stickers on all your clothing and then sell them for what you like, I wonder how many people would actually notice.
Going back to reading to my 2yr old now, only Green Eggs and Ham for the hundreth time0 -

Yeah it was on the APG. I think I bought it with the HW when that first started against T's and it was in the 3 for £10....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I am undecided. They only have 2 shops and are not Yankee Candles themselves (as far as I can tell) and dont really want to abuse an offer from a small company.
Agree with this :T
Sada have them on offer but they are piddly for the money, you can get a 92 hour scented pillar for £3.95.madmuppet5 wrote: »Went in to me local A's and pushed me ill gotten gains up to the till.
Was using a few APG's when the girl on the till said "ooh you're lucky with this one dated the 13th"
Then.... out of nowhere..... a fellow customer trout (stood behind me) stated "It's actually the 14th today".
:eek::eek::eek:
"Oh yea" said the girl. "Sorry I can't take this one".
Mad looked up at the trout customer and she was
:eek:
Now usually when I am handing over APG's and MOC's I try not to make a fuss and move on.
However, upon this occassion I felt it necessary to play that well known game...... "shuffle my APG and oh booger I can't find the receipt". (About eight of them).
Well fellow customer trout went fromto :cool: to :mad:
I was questioning prices constantly with the SA, so she ended up with a handful of till spits in her hand :rotfl:
Customer trout had had enough and started moving her tat from the belt. When she had finished I miraculously completed my transaction.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::D thinks you should don a "madcam", upload to youtube and use to raise money :cool:Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
