I rang V*king this morning about the Nectar points, the chap says that they can take up to 28 days from the date of order and if they're not on by then, to ring back and they will get them added. Don't know if this will work, but I thought it might be helpful to anyone who's still waiting. When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
If you have taken a refund they will always treat you like your on the back foot.
I tend to remind them of their own mantra "treat others how you would like to be treated yourself"
Don't forget "DTD doesn't apply if you haven't left the store" :rotfl:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
:T:T:T Learn something new everyday now I never knew that. I have never done it yet, but I did not realise you had to leave the store
You don't, that applies to shop lifters
Just T staff scrambling for cover, any old excuse :rotfl::rotfl:
( usually wombles car park, then go back into store)
Sale of good @ you paid, they accept, you get receipt, sale complete. leaving store nothing to do with it.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -

Here too.
Although I don't believe they got all that for 9 quid! When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
OK, I knew it would not work but I tried it anyway, got 2 pear yogs, went through basket till, only one discount. Did my other shopping, went back to CS, said I hadnt been out of the store and I got a refund.
This was an extra.
Has anyone got till spits this week other than TPP/nonTPP or the helphing hand £5 ones?
Also has anyone who made a complaint via email to Tosco CSHQ actually got a response yet? Ive tried via a facebook message and 2 emails and still nothing, at least you sed to get a phone call next day.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. now that Sainsbugs and Tesco can INSTANTLY compare other supermarkets prices, wouldnt it be wise for one of them to just compare at the till and give you your shopping the cheapest available there and then rather than give a voucher to get you back in the store?
that way, the customer would KNOW that they have got their shopping cheaper and more chance of them going back.
As it is now, if your shopping is cheaper elsewhere Sainsbugs will give you a brand match to get you back in their store again, and Tesco will give you a price porkie.
Now if i was a "normal shopper" (whatever one of them is) with a measly voucher in my hand I would think twice about going back somewhere when i knew that they were dearer than elsewhere because they told me so at the till and gave me a voucher to prove that they had just ripped me off!
The only way i would go back and shop there again is if my voucher was for a decent amount and i didnt want to waste it, say 5-6 pound, but then i would already know that they were 5-6 pound dearer in the first place.
Just out of interest, what are other peoples view on this? When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
A possible small DTD - this was in an extra
Whilst I was at CS a lady brought a pack of Mr Kipling lemon bakewells that went through the till at £1.30 but she said they were £1 on the shelf.
Just checked mys and the picture looks wrong.
(Anyway 2 for £2 in tosco and £1 in sada and sainsbobs - so best to buy as part of a sada v sainsbobs easter egg shop)
