I've swapped my £30 "cash" for giftcards which I might not be able to spend as easily but I knew that when I did this. I'm not going to push for the points:)When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
Sounds cheap to me.
I pay 20p a unit for the first 55 units in a month and 12.2p a unit for the rest. No standing charge. Plus VAT at 5%.
I used 462 units in February, but I am a heavy user. At my tariff that is 60.65 + VAT=63.68. At yours that is 59.92.
I suspect you use a lot less than me. At half my units, my bill would be £34.10 and yours £36.82.
Not much difference. When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

You are right my lovely, but I wish they were nice enough as Mr Shoes or any other company who sends a cancellation email out and do not allow you to partake in such offers. For example, if someone posts a Tosco direct voucher code for Tosco online on here, the computer says NO saying it was not sent to you. Plain and simple. So for them to give you half of the purchase is not really fair is it. I only partook in this offer because I thought I would get the 5000 free points. I don't actually need any gift cards as I already have £400 worth of Debenhams vouchers to use thanks to Consumer Pulse!0 -

I understand where you are coming from and people approach this sort of thing in different ways. I sometimes feel that I spend too long chasing stuff that I miss out on the RL stuff. For example I've given up chasing Quido for totally legitimate transactions because the time it takes to do this doesn't seem worthwhile.
But I wish you luck and keep my fingers crossed for you:)To do is to be. Rousseau

RE the butter/yogurt glitch.
I've just looked over my receipt. I bought 12x butter and 8xyogurt - costing £39.52. Receipt discount dairy products bogof = 19.56, spreads bogof = 5.40, oyk*s bogof = 4.38 - total discount £29.34.
So Overall I paid £9.78 for 20 products. not as big a bargain as some achieved but working out as 48p each I'm still chuffed to bits :T
**PLUS** as only two of the yogurts has a bogof applied to them I think this may mean only one particular flavor is included in the offer? I bought strawberry and pear xDebt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
This time I'm on top of it! We live and learn :coffee:0
