I rang up about a receipt dated 16/2. They explained that some receipts from this date were locked in the system and couldn't be accessed. They offered to send me a giftcard for £10 as that was the most I could have made anyway on PP. I needed to give them the receipt details. Came today:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Managed to get the glitch problem free despite the SS assistant watching me the whole time from about three feet away :jYou are not doing anything wrong but obviously the less interest they have in your shopping the better
.... and that's why I ended up doing more shopping than originally planned - adding necessary items to my trolly so I wouldn't stand out like an MSE forumite on a mission
I picked up 12 ICBINB and eight yogurts, and I divided it up into four groups of 3 ICBINB and 2pks yogurts for me, my friend, my boyfriend's mum and his auntie. I'd never use all that stuff by myself even if I am going to freeze the butter - plus I thought it'd be good karma to share out the bargain
A very big thank you to whomever posted about it first, and to everyone else too :TDebt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:

Totally random and off yoghurt and butter topic, does anyone know what they pay per unit of electricity?
We have had new "smart meters" fitted and pay 10p per unit plus 49p per day service charge!
As most of you know where i live, we cant change we have to have whats supplied, didnt know if we were being ripped off or not?
Sounds cheap to me.
I pay 20p a unit for the first 55 units in a month and 12.2p a unit for the rest. No standing charge. Plus VAT at 5%.
I used 462 units in February, but I am a heavy user. At my tariff that is 60.65 + VAT=63.68. At yours that is 59.92.
I suspect you use a lot less than me. At half my units, my bill would be £34.10 and yours £36.82.

Yes it's still working on line for me too but the person tried 2 different T's and it didn't work in either so proceed with caution.N1LDA0 -
Two emails today might be of interests to you. I also received the one from Nectar upgrading me to business class.
And one from Viking asking me to confirm my status as a business user:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Morning all!
I'd no sooner resolved to get back up to speed with the thread than I was struck down last week, firstly by a nasty cold and secondly by a nasty sicky bug, which was thankfully of short though virulent duration. I remember seeing a nice greeting from Morgy9 just before I was struck down , so hi Morgy, hope things are going well . I'll be in touch.
I haven't a clue what's been going on while I've been away, but have seen 3Dogs and Nanny mentioned above, so send them and anyone else requiring one a hug and best wishes.
There are normally loads of glitches etc whenever I'm not around, so I trust you've all been gainfully employed! :rotfl:
Have a good day all!

Just back from Mr.T where while shopping I seen that silverside beef joints are half price. Yummy yum yum says I. So I thought I would treat myself to a nice £22 joint. Imagine my horror when it went through the till at full price. Stunned I wandered over to customer services and told the young lady about my tale of woe.
Anyway she went and checked the SEL and came back smiling and informed me that I was correct it should have been half price and I was charged full price. Then she calculated half of £22 = £11 and then announced the as it was an overcharge Mr.T gives me double the overcharge......So £11x2=£22...some needless maths there but hey ho. I got my £22 refund and regained my composure and skipped out the store with my free large Silverside joint.
Thanks again Mr.T.
*Short version - Silverside beef is half price at Mr.T - The packs without half price label on are going through at full - Equals free Silverside joints.:beer:0
