Ok my Ts order has arrived and Im mighty confused.

It's slightly more than I expected but the discounts don't make any sense?

On the delivery note I have the following discounts :

    Spreads BOGOF c/f £1.80
    dairy products c/f £9.78
    Oykos BOGOF £2.19

I bought 6 ICBINB and 4 lots of the 4 pack yogs. So the total paid for that lot after the above discounts was £5.79. I don't get it but it was cheap enough for me to keep it :)
Did you have a first time buyer discount as well?

    Morning all :D

The dairy c /free is for 3 spreads and 2 yogs and then you have the 2 bogof.
You've been charged for 1 yog and 2 spreads.
Dunno about your delivery charge if it's there too.....

Quick question re T's click and collect please...

Do you know what you've been charged or if any of the order is missing BEFORE you go to collect it please?

It would seem logical that you would because if a load was missing or substituted you might not want it and would be making a wasted journey. But I guess you know why I'm asking this question anyway lol!

  • Also collected my CBINB order.

10 tubs plus a Freddo came to £7.60
net cost = 74p each inclusive of £2 del charge.

As the others have already said, it's not working properly but enough for me to keep.

    Discounts were:

    spreads bogof c/f -3.60
    dairy products bogof c/f -9.00

...which make no sense at all!

I've picked up my click and collect butter and it doesn't make sense either (can't download pic as in A cafe :D)

    8 x ICBINB @ £1.80 but bogof= £14.40
    1 single cream = 55p
    4 x strawb yogs @ £2.19 but bogof = £8.76
    2 x peach yogs @ £2.19 but bogof = £4.38
    Cost of products =£28.09
    Service charge of £2
    Promo savings of £19.56
    TOTAL COST OF SHOPPING £10.53

    (spreads bogof c/f £3.60
    Dairy products bogof c/f £13.77
    Oykos bogof £2.19)

Think I've been overcharged for the yogurts :rotfl:

I am hoping I will be charged as per this:

    Collect - H*****W Essex on Wednesday 13th March between 09:00 - 11:00 Guide Price: £3.56

Which is for x10 ICBINB x2 Danone Oykos pear packs, x2 Danone Oykos Straw 4pack and dozen f range eggs!

Mornining luvlies. Pixie has just called and asked if I'd let you all know she's just picked up her order and was charged £12.37. Obviously she's got some of her order free as 10 x ICBINB should have been £9 after the bogof kicked in and then she bought 4 lots of yogs, the eggs and the service charge. She said to say thanks to OP and she's pleased with the price she paid :)

I bought some normal shopping as well that I would have had to get later in the week anyway. Delivery was £3. I don't mind that so much, once I factor in petrol costs to get to the store and back....£3 delivery is fine.

I've just had my delivery and a very nice driver, as we both tried to figure it out lol...ordered 20, only got 14. 2 discounts one for £12.60, which is the correct off for bogof and another for £5.40, which is the amount for three tubs. I said I'd keep 2 at first, then decided to keep 4. Poor chap had put that I kept 2, so gave me the other 2..lol. So I had 4 tubs for £1.80. Perhaps a 3 for 2 discount is coming off aswell????
