Morning all. That must have been one of the quietest nights ever on here. So all caught up.

Done something to my shoulder so been in pain all night and not able to sleep so I'm shattered. looked at the ibuprofen gel yesterday but didn't buy it because I thought it wouldn't be used. Could do with some now
