Unfortunately I got excited when I saw the MilkTray as I had a womble from last night for this, scanned it and uploaded before I noticed the 08/03/13 start date of the offer, oh well most they can do is decline, whoops!:rotfl:

Oh - even though you are a man I am still going to give you Abigail big bear hug cos that's what's you need.

Am sure that if he did take it back to court CAFCAS officers would see right through hi and your "playing up kid" at the end of the day you were getting him to school!!

Signed up Mrs Anon last night for Maltesers to see if my non- appearance is a local issue but apparently not as hers appears - I now recall I installed and deleted the app a while ago so it must already have me as an existing customer despite me not getting any offer/use last time. It appears to be tied to your mobile number (I think) as I uninstalled/reinstalled a few times and my bar code is always the same number despite changing email. Now where did I put those PAYG sims ...

Thanks so much, DODO. The reason my OH worries so much is that the CAFCAS officer last time was brought back out of retirement (they were busy) and was completely deluded - past her best I think. Even after pointing out that he was terrible at practically all parenting and had a coke-dealing older son, she put a bad report in but then changed it when he complained. It said at first that mother was best - after his complaint it said "there wasn't a hair to split between the two". You can imagine how that made OH feel who'd brought them up on her own for the last 3 years.

The type of guy he is - didn't put his name on DD3's birth certificate until after I came on the scene (when she was 1) - why? Because he thought her name was old fashioned and didn't like OH's name choice! :rotfl:
