Just been browsing T's website for possible targeted shop at A's and came across this double entry for Mcvities:

    valid from 25/2/2013 until 10/3/2013
    £2.39 (£7.97/kg)

I wonder if I buy two, will they scan at £1.00 each but I only pay for one :p

    Anyone else come across this?

I just had a wee search for that and get this message

You might do even better than that - it's well worth a try.
IF I remember correctly - was it the famous tins of tomatoes that this happened on? - when we were paid to take them away as they scanned at a lower price but then they did the BOGOF at full price?
Well worth a punt as the most you'll pay will be £1 but it could also mean £1.39 off your shop too.

Wasn't the tins on reflection - it was the cartons - OMG they were good!

supposedly converts 08 numbers into landline ones.
Anyone got anything better that they use because at 99p this should be worth it.

Yes I can save you the 99p David - 0800Buster... you dial 01249200800 then enter the freephone number at the prompt...works fine!

It was mentioned on here before so thanks to OP it's been really useful!

WeQ4U is free and does 08 numbers and sits in the queue for you so you don't waste your minutes. Saved me a fortune lately.

I cannot see these on the multi-buys on the T site. However there are three varieties available.

Oddly, these are priced at £2.39 on myS.

This is what I see on MYS:

McVitie's Breakfast Porridge Oats Biscuits Apple, Sultana & Cinnamon (300g)

    Asda £2.29
    Waitrose £2.29
    Sainsburys £2.29
    Ocado £2.29
    Tesco £2.39 £2.39 Valid until: 19/03

The Tesco price is weird - the crossed out price of £2.39 implies a reduction/offer, but the blue price is exactly the same !

    I'm confused

Evening all. Picked up the M and S slippers and DM absolutely loves them. Lovely pattern on them too.

Hope you have all had a good day. Too tired to read through all the pages. Bed time soon. Sleep well all.
  • Tesco is messing with their website trying to fix this by the looks of it. It says better than half price BUT also £2.39 HOWEVER if you click on the better than half price it says £1. It's also in the BOGOF offers.

They didn't fix the tomato glitch quickly :D:o:D - I got nearly 100 of those - very nice they were too!
