I know this sounds bad but I'm glad someone else has gone through this :o

Have been reading your boxer's exploits recently and this reminds me so much of both of the boxer's we have had. The first one, white named Rosie was a real cow. She behaved in much the same way as yours - a lovely dog who was friends with everyone in the neighbourhood. Local children used to come and call for her to play with them. She often used to escape and take herself to the beach ( a couple of miles away). We knew where she had been because she was covered in sand and sea water:rotfl:. Sometimes local kids would take her to their houses and she would come back with her face covered in eye shadow and lipstick :rotfl:. Saying that she did eat the inside of a car once - she liked going out in the car but one day we left her in it outside the house for a few minutes and when we came back she had eaten most of the interior!!.
Both of ours were the source of much laughter, tears and anger but I would not have been without either of them. Rosie died at the ripe old age of 14 (13 years ago but I still have tears in my eyes as I am typing this) and unfortunately we had to have George rehomed (he was a rescue who had an aggressive streak which we tried to handle for 2 years but in the end had to let him go).
So I know what you are going through and am sure the decision to rehome him wasn't easy but is the right thing for you both.

    Thank you very much :D

I've never got anything post because I don't do the APG thingy but I'm always lurking :o

3dogs and Spiralling Down big huggies to you two also, I hope things get sorted quickly for you both :grouphug:

Thank you Patty, can honestly say meeting you was a pleasure and your a lovely lady. :D

I've decided to ignore the op's last post on this as I really don't want a slanging match bogging down this wonderful thread.

As some friends have pointed out to me, anyone who knows me on here or in RL, know I would never behave in such a manner.

On another note, Mothercare have a 50% off sale ATM, and a personalised £10 off wys £50 if you download their app. All my kids seem to be outgrowing their clothes at once, so managed to get loads for £40 plus free delivery. :T
