what does anyone else think about getting tesco clubcard vouchers on topcashback instead of cash payments i think it may be really good to use on deals have currently used clubcard for thompson morgan vouchers to get all my seed and spuds so i dont need to spend cash

I like it because I usually exchange my vouchers in T's when they have the double deal on and treat myself to clothes. So you get a bonus from tcb for converting to cc vouchers, then double their worth when the exchange is on :)

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Reading this, I am so glad my kids left school a few years ago.

When mine were little I would slap their hands if there was no other way of making them pay attention to what I was saying.

When they were a little older I started counting to 10 as a warning, they knew if I got to 10 they got a smack.

It wasn't too long before I got nowhere near 10 because they knew what was coming.

Above all I ALWAYS kept my promise to the kids, good or bad, that way they knew that what I said went.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Just to add to this... And to show you why it is so critical. This morning when he wouldn't get out the car I had to physically drag him out.

He has reported me to school and I've now been summoned home to face an emergency Social worker who wants to talk to the whole family. I hope now people will now realise just why, when the child knows all their rights, it is so difficult. :(:(:(

It's times like this when I am glad I am not a parent. Summoning me to a meeting to discuss this would result in me telling the child they are welcome to go with the social worker if living at home is so bad.

I couldn't imagine being held to ransom by a child.

You really do have my sympathy

Anyone else had their free maltesers from the Co-Op yet? I have :j:j:j

I'm loving the fact that the customer needs to explain the process to the store staff, good job it comes with instructions lol! I just handed over my phone and the SA processed it through the PayPoint terminal no probs.

    Who said moneysaving was easy?

    But for free chocolate...:T:T:T

I am feeling so gutted for you. Well I just hope the social worker knows what you are going through. So you dragged him out of the car, what was you supposed to do!? Makes me so angry that they are our children, but if we as much as blow on them we are in the wrong. i wonder how much of the truth he has told! It's about time there was a social worker purely for distressed parents and their needs!!!! Good luck with it, let us know how you get on, I am sure everybody on here is behind you...x
Before you assume, learn the facts,
    Before you judge, understand why,
    Before you hurt someone, feel,
    Before you speak, think.
