Totally agree with you patty. All of the staff that were not on duty at the time, came to my Mums' funeral. The rest sent cards and flowers - each person did this, it was not a collective thing. During her care, the majority went 'above and beyond' what they got paid for. For me, like all situations in life, a sense of humour sometimes helps you deal with stuff. Patients were laughed with NOT at.0 -
