I know where you are coming from here Patty after seeing the antics of other residents and my FIL when he was in a nursing home. We as caring family used to be able to laugh at things that went on as did the staff but we didn't doubt for one minute that they were caring and mindful of their duties. I think cheesyball may have been misunderstood but I can also understand the anguish of people that have loved ones in care:)pattylabelle wrote: »Och you know what.....see staff who work in nursing homes....99% of them are :A:A. In the home where my mum was they loved their patients and cried when they passed away. Now you know the way we laugh at the things children do well they laugh at the things the elderly do but in an affectionate way - it is because they have a close relationship with these patients sometimes closer than any visiting relative. Let me give you an example - one elderly gent used to go in and lie down on my mum's bed during the day....he always pressed the button to raise the bed to the ceiling. Is laughing at this laughing at his alzeimers -well no. They were laughing at it in a "flip me" way.....we really better watch him or he will hurt himself doing that. So chill folks I know where Cheesy is coming from......just came out the wrong way:)Awaiting a new sig0 -
Goodnight patty

Just us I'm afraid, though I'm popping on and off whilst scanning receipts and putting in APGs. Got 2pcs and a laptop on the go...my desk looks like Mission Control:rotfl::rotfl:
You are up late by the way?Awaiting a new sig0 -

Don't think it would be Artha. He doesn't bother with the bread.
He's a meat man
I missed the meat tonight so whoever it was did too. I just cannot understand what anyone would want with 20 loaves of bread, perhaps he likes feeding ducks.
