Been to Ikea today :T:T but no meatballs :(:( disappointed ;)
Bought their own laptop beanie tray thingies. Fab as you can unpopper the bean bag bit to wash it & the top is plastic rather than cardboard. Just had a birthday tea of Korma sauce & chips :D
Watching the Wedding Video on DVD :rotfl: good film

Sending love & bestest to the Elite ♥

    Evening all

Excuse me not joining in the bingo but cba really. If it had a few days left I might have gone to the trouble of working it all out.

Bit down but mum came over with meringues and cream (no ready done ones in shops so might have some later with peaches. First year ever without a cake but sticking to gluten free diet. 8 years ago when I was into shabby chic look mum knitted me a blanket made of squares. Itwas a bit small so she took itback to make into a double. Joke pressie was she has actually finished it and there are a few special squares made using wool from various things she has knitted on request like dgs thomas jumper, one with olympic rings and one from left over wool from Mr Teds union jack jumper. Mr Ted was bought on a BA flight a few years ago when we remembered that we had not packe something to put in hire car for easy recognision. I take stages photos while travelling and he goes everywhere with me. In eygpt last year I returned to my room to find him riding
towel crocodile.if I ever learn to put photos up properly I will share a few. We add captions too.also was given bubble bath, bought before last bs glitch and promise of 2 new pairs of glasses.

Have a bit of a joke going with my dad. We always make sure cards arrive after the day so we can joke about having something to moan about! Lol
Spoke to daughter (whose card has not arrived) spoke to ds2 who was getting into viking mode but ds1 never remembers.

Really wish I had gone away now but with christening last week I was so busy.

    :)

Talking about OHs - Fourp today in Ikea, - we had a £5 off £30 spend MOC.
I added up as we went round & the total would be £31.00.
Get to till & he had 'removed' some items he thought we didn't need
Had to throw in an extension plug set or 2 to get my total again :(
