Well she was saying that she wished she was having a drink tonight, so I said I have no problems picking her up before she starts and dropping her off at work, then share a taxi home at the end of the night. A happy barmaid is a good barmaid

Indeed, but they would have led me astray with lots of red wine, so I can only say yes when I dont have work on the Monday.

Not self employed, but have another business that I need to pay tax on. Seems like I pay more tax on that one than its worth, but hey ho, its all good

peed off.....booking my third flight to France! and Im going this time, I need to get this wrapped up. Im going on Thursday. I tried explaining what this house sale means to us in money terms to my OH earlier. He just doesn't do money:( it's effectively like a small lottery win. it's Alot if money and means we can make our own home what we want it to be.

Not good. Is there no one else that he trust like you that could stay for a couple of days?? Im sure he will be okay once you go. Please dont get too down on it.
