I hesitate to ask this but, as you are such a youngster, do you know who Andy Capp is?

yes I know who Andy Capp is.....my dad was a big fan he bought the mirror every day. And on a sunday in scotland my mum bought the sunday post. I loved reading the newspaper cartoons. My favourites, growing up in Scotland, were the broons and our wullie. I still have every annual that I got for Christmas every year :o

My Dad used to buy the Mirror and the Sunday Post and I also used to enjoy the broons and oor wullie when I was younger> Wish I still had all of my annuals and comics, particularly the Rupert Annuals. I used to get various comics but mt favourite was The Victor which I got from issue 1 onwards until it wasn't cool to read comics but I kept them until Mam threw them out when I first left home at 18:(

Goodnight everyone, hope to catch up again tomorrow.

Have given my house a bit of a spring clean in between hospice visits today. Lounge is immaculate at the moment. I wonder how long it will stay like that with me away.

Have to do mum's house tomorrow, move everything around in bedrooms, to get the hospital bed in and mum must be feeling bit better as has asked me to hoover before it goes in. She has had a fairly good day today, one I could cope with at home. :)

Night AAu1. Evening everyone else. I must warn you though that I will be asking about the bingo tomorrow, as I have had a quick skim, but perhaps not is not the tight time to sign up to a gambling site.

Nor for me until I've sussed it properly. I think the cashback ends today(Sunday) though?
