    Thank you :D

    All caught up now :)

Finally put in a Viking order but then realised Nectar card not registered online. Tried to set it up but not playing ball this evening. So not sure i'll be able to check points are added until statement comes through by post or I give them a ring. Will have another try tomorrow.

Not at all sleepy but should really go to bed soon

Hopefully it a short term thing as in you have not been stripping for years . I had rsi and brushing teeth etc was a pain gripping anything with pressure a no go.
But after a while once you stop doing in your case stripping it will ease off and go away as far as the pain is concerned.
Will see if I can find the gel I used to cover my arm in online it worked a treat.
I bought it for DW when she had some muscle problem and she read the instructions put an inch on and spread it around I ran it up and down my forearm about 4 times :D and it did work

Cheers, it's so weird. It seems to be all about angle and pressure (oo-errrrr!)

I can lift relatively heavy objects no problem but it's absolute agony doing something simple like pressing a light switch on.

Yes would not be here if she wasn't no internet around hers. :(

She was not so good today. A nurse said to me tonight if it was her decision she would not be sent home. Antibiotics finished yesterday and her breathing/cough was a lot better, but just missing a dose this morning she is struggling again. Has spent most of the day in a very deep sleep. I can't see they will send her home like she is. But I still have to go through the motions of clearing her room for delivery of hospital bed on monday. Think tuesday has been pencilled in.

I had something like that during the first half of 2011 after deciding that I needed to get back to playing music but seems I overdid it. Had to have a course of strong anti inflammatories and a couple of months physio before it started to get better. Was told by GP that topical gels were a waste of time in my case. I still have to do a serious of exercises each morning to keep my elbow in shape for doing fiddly things like playing but, like you, I have no problem with heavy lifting
    Awaiting a new sig
