Edited my post to say that I subsequently discovered that the servers are down:cool:.

    He who dares Rodders

With the gift cards there is nothing to lose for me as I would probably be spending that money anyway on planned expenditure. (Wonder if Boots opticians take those cards. Will have to check:cool:) I believe they can be used at Debenhams et al and DW has got her eye on a £120 top:eek: to go with her designer dress from John Lewis:eek: for DDs wedding so the money on the cards will get spent anyway. How can a few scanty bits of material cost so much is what I want to know:rotfl:

I've got quite good eyesight (for my age:cool:) but DW wanted me to smarten up my eyeware for the wedding as I've been happy with a collection of glasses that do the job but aren't exactly stylish:rotfl::rotfl: I've stood on and sat on various pairs but managed to repair them (a la Jack Duckworth in some cases)

Im sure boots opticians will take the cards? I think in the past I have spent vouchers there. it was a while ago and I had a silly idea I wanted some designer frames :o

£120 for a top. Hope you had tissues because that is eye watering:eek::rotfl: but it is a special occasion so acceptable I think :D

OK, should explain, I moved away from Liverpool 21 years ago. I've had wayyyy too much wine and lost my last brain cell when I had my DD 5 years ago. Still no idea what you are on about :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
