A while back I posted asking for advice regarding a 5 month old dead PC with a hard drive error.
Just wanted to update saying PC is now fixed. Guy came out, equipped with drivers and Office discs (originals of which I have left in a safe place....so safe I can't find it), replaced the hard drive, and then sat for over an hour reinstalling everything. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly guy and very helpful call centre folks. And confirmation calls after the fix to make sure everything was ok. Can't ask for much more! :T
