Have been trying to get through to Plusnet and have to wait 30+ mins to get answered, Is this normal?
Do other providers have wait times this bad?

There have been lots of comments on Plusnet's own forums about lengthy delays;also their "ticket" reporting system is under a lot of stress.They have obviously been far too successful at recruiting new customers!!0

Doubtless due to their new tariffs being very popular, and a large uptake of their FTTC services.No free lunch, and no free laptop
