The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
The winning entrant will win a four night holiday for two to Croatia. The prize includes return flights from London Gatwick to Dubrovnik with Monarch Airlines; a one bedroom apartment based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a room-only or self-catering basis, and four days car hire with SIXT.
The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and London Gatwick, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their guest have a valid passport and travel insurance, and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
Car hire is available to over 21s for low specification cars and over 25s for high specification cars who have a current, UK driving license valid for a minimum of twelve months. A surcharge applies for hirers aged between 21 and 24 years of age. Fuel costs are not included in the car hire. The hirer should hold a valid credit card and a security deposit may be required.
The prize must be booked by 31 May 2013 and all travel must be taken between 29 April 2013 and 31 October 2013, excluding bank holidays (29 March, 1 April, 6 May, 27 May and 26 August 2013) and all school holidays.
All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
Explore Croatia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes or any variation in the prizes advertised and the prizes provided. Each entrant releases and indemnifies Explore Croatia against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
