The T&C don't say you have to have a Railcard, just open to all UK residents. They need to make it clearer I think

Thank you for your query.

You need not purchase a new Railcard to be able to enter the competition. It is required that you enter a Railcard number from any previous or current Railcard to enter the competition however.
