I have changed to Plusnet and Firefox will not allow Remote Access.
Am I able to correct this?

If you mean you want to remote access to your home pc from outwith your home network, you will need to login to your new router and ensure port 3389 is set to forward to your local pc.
It might be easier with something like logmein.com0 -

I was with plusnet since they were totalise, and I have always used Firefox/Netscape from the days of 48kbps dialup up to 8 Mbps until I changed to TT for 14Mbps4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . I put the Code in today as instructed by Plusnet Advisor but a message asked if I wanted to save the File. As the option to run was not there Plusnet said they could not access my PC.0
