• 1. No purchase necessary.
• 2. By entering the draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• 3. Closing date for receipt of prize draw entries is 31st January 2008, draw will take place within a week of the competition close date. Winners will be notified by post 14 days after the draw. The draw will take place in front of an independent observer.
• 4. Prize is a Golf Match FSI 5 door 1.6 ltr 115PS including number plates, delivery to retailer, 12 months road fund licence and first registration fee of £38. Excludes motor insurance, which will be the responsibility of the winner to arrange. Colour and final specification will be determined by the promoter.
• 5. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of draw.
• 6. The name and county of the winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope marked 'Volkswagen 2007 Golf Prize Draw' to Proximity London, 191 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5DW after the draw date.
• 7. No employees, suppliers or families of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd, its retailer network and associated companies may take part in the prize draw.
• 8. Entrants must be over the age of 18, be a resident in the UK and hold a full valid UK driving licence.
• 9. One entry per household.
• 10. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
• 11. The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.
• 12. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the prize winner in future promotions and prize draws.
