I'm certainly no expert on Twitter sassy, but here goes
Log in to Twitter
On your home page top left hand corner it says your name and how many tweets and followers etc.
Underneath that is a box that says 'Compose new tweet'
Paste the code into the box and then press the tweet button

Fingers crossed you'll then get a message up saying it's been sent
