in Cutting tax
My friend who lost her job recently when her company went into administration was told by an ex colleague to claim tax repayment via a P60 form.
She's just started claiming Income Based ESA having been signed off for 12 weeks by her doctor.
So there's no way she'll be returning to work prior to 5th April and she's not claiming any taxable benefits.
She earlier rang the tax office to ask about a rebate and they said she would get it at a later date when the Redundancy Payments Office sends her 12 week pay in lieu of notice - no ention of a P50 or earler reclaim.
Is this worth her while pursuing?

Some of the payment from the Redundancy Payments Office may be taxable and so she should wait for a P45 from them.❤️Mum 2018
