I would say what kinda thing you like then take the colour from that, ie do you like vintage, or country rustic or 1950's bold colours etc.

We are getting married this May and having a mix between vintage & country, our bridesmaids dresses are floatly monsoon ones which are greeny/bluey, the flower girls have ivory dresses with dusky pink hair bands and dusky pink shoes and my flowers will be dusky pink vintage looking with lace.

Have you found your dress yet? Depending on what you wanted/style you like monsoon have a lovely ivory knee length one with lace over it and a v at the back with little buttons but depends what you want and if you wanted a full on wedding dress its called Beatrice I think, i've bought it for the evening as its much more comfy then my full on wedding dress for the church!
