A few of the many T&C-
Participation is possible for residents of the United Kingdom of aged 18 or older.
Each Entrant shall be required to insert details of an expecting mother ("Mother-to-be") that they nominate for a prize. The details required shall be the Christian and surname of the Mother-to-be and the e-mail address of the Mother-to-be.

Each Entrant shall also be required to complete the sentence ‘A bunch of flowers makes her …..’ with a remarkable word or phrase which expresses the significance of receiving a bunch of flowers to the Mother-to-be.
11.
In the event that the entrant wins a prize it will be necessary for them to provide a delivery address for the Mother-to-be. In the event that such entrant is unable to provide a delivery address the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the award that entrant’s prize and award it to an alternative entrant.
12.
Each entrant guarantees that the Mother-to-be has no objections to the use of her personal details for this Promotion and for the purposes of receiving a prize.
13.
Data collected in respect of each Mother-to-be shall only used for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
14.
The Mothers-to- will receive no marketing communications from the Promoter and shall not be added to any marketing database.

Any entry can be withdrawn by the entrant at any time by emailing info@bloemenbureauholland.nl
Judging

16.
10 winners each day during the Promotion Period will be selected by the judges.
17.
Each entrant shall only be entitled to win one prize.
18.
Winning entries will be those which, in the opinion and at the sole discretion of the panel of judges (which shall comprise at least one independent judge), demonstrate the greatest degree of originality, creativity and wit in their interpretation and execution of the entry requirements.

Winners will be notified by email prior to 6pm on or around 12 March 2013.
Prizes

20.
Each winner shall win a prize of a bunch of flowers and the delivery with a total value of £32.00 to be delivered to the Mother-to-be. Delivery will take place prior to 20 March 2013 at the latest provided that the correct delivery details have been provided to the Promoter by the entrant.
21.
The Promoter will provide any winning Mother-to-be with details of how their data was provided to the Promoter and confirmation that their data will solely be used for the purposes of carrying out the Promotion.
22.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of the prize) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
23.
If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
24.
Details of prize winners’ name and county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out above and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
