Microsoft Publisher 2007 - Does anyone give discounts for non profit organisation?

My wife is involved with the local Village newsletter.
The printing firm they use for the newsletter uses Microsoft Publisher, so the organisers need a copy of this to prepare and do the layout.
Currently, PC World have quoted £99.99 for this package and do not give discount for non profit organisations.
Does anyone know of retailers who do, or who could suppy it for less?
Many thanks

Microsoft operate a volume licensing discount for non profit organisations. If you're buying 5 or more copies of a given package this might be worth looking into?0

Added to say - if the organisation is a registered charity you would probably be able to get a single copy for the admin fee - which I think is about £11.0

If you're a member of the NCVO you can get a very good discount through them. We're a much larger organisation but it's worth our membership fee each year just for this!
also if you have children then there are educational discounts available. Don't know if what's on offer includes Publisher or not.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Thanks for all the replies.
Unfortunately, the outfit is not a registered charity.
Nor can we upgrade. There is no previous version
The educational discounts seem to be the best way. I may give Microsoft a ring.Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
Could you not use Open Office (free)?
I know it doesn't have a Publisher equivalent, but you could use the Writer programme surely?
