There is one prize consisting of:

• a) Cash
  A cheque for £24,000 (twenty four thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
  Prize provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
• b) Holiday
  A seven-night trip for the winner and five companions to Tobago. The prize includes return economy class flights from a London airport to Trinidad and from Trinidad to Tobago, return private chauffeur transfers from the airport in Tobago to the villa and villa accommodation at the Ohana Villa (subject to availability) based on six people sharing four twin or double rooms including breakfast, lunch and dinner provided by a chef and 20 bottles of wine (the winner may choose a variety of red, white and rose wines), a couple of crates of beer and a selection of soft drinks. The prize also includes two housemaids who will clean and tidy up daily. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up between 1 June 2013 and 1 June 2015 and cannot be taken during 23 November 2013 and 30 November 2013, 21 December 2013 to 4 January 2014, Easter 2014, 22 November 2014 to 29 November 2014, 20 December 2014 to 3 January 2015 and Easter 2015. Please note that at least one member of the travelling party must be aged 21 years or over.
  
  The prize also includes an exclusive speedboat and snorkelling trip for the winner and their companions, including return transfers from the villa, drinks and a beach BBQ lunch with rum punch. Children must be accompanied by an adult and there are no age restrictions.
  
  The private chauffeur will be available to the winner and their companions at 24 hours’ notice for any trips other than the airport transfers.
  
  Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Tobago. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to Tobago. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in Tobago.
  
  The prize excludes ground transport to and from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions (other than those specified above), attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
