Hi - just had my gadget delivered.
Screen problems, hopefully just cos I'm a rookie, although I do have Ipad, BB Playbook already. screen is totally unresponsive.
Can't unlock, can't get Cancel or OK to work on power down screen.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Battery no charge would be my first thought.
Probably next is plain old faulty on delivery .
