Make sure you select your items to arrive in one parcel. If there is an outstanding item and the value is less than £6 they won't deliver it - even if you have paid delivery on original order.
Or - order the longer date items on a separate email and log in so you can use the codes again. Just done this and sent one parcel to Mother-in-law's to make sure!
H&M very good at sending you emails to re-arrange delivery.....Expect a long wait!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
my delivery date on pending order is 15 th april?!!!!!0

It normally says the exstimated selivery date (in tiny text) when you're making the order.
H&M can be painfully slow sometimes. I think a lot od stuff is distributed from a European warehouse.0 -
has anyone received theirs yet?
mine say dispatched on 26th feb, usually only takes about 3 days, but havent received anything yet?**Waiting for a BIG win!**
Thank you all posters!

I got the two pairs of girls jeans I ordered, dispatched on 26/02; they came on Friday.
They must be swamped with orders from their last promotion so I thought I was lucky to get it so quickly.0 -
Had to ring H&M and speak to them today because they asked me to as there was a query with my order.
My total order came to £7.97 which was for 2 pairs of Jeans coming to £4.99 and a dress to make up the difference.
They told me that they could send out the dress that was available now, no problem. They said however that there was a delay on the Jeans and they weren't expecting stock until the earliest the end of this month (if then).
They said that if they send out the dress now which they will do as there is stock, that the Jeans wouldn't get sent even when stock did come in.
The reason is they say, although I have ordered over the £6 min order, when the dress comes out that will leave the remaining order below the £6 threshold. Unless I ordered something else to take it back up to over £6 then I won't get anything else. That is their policy.
Seeing I only ordered the dress to get the Jeans I told them to just cancel the lot.
What a strange way to do business. Taking it to the enth degree, if you order something that is in stock with something that isn't, as above, you could keep having to add to the order to take it back up to £6 if they keep sending out the item in stock before the out of stock item is available!
I say what a strange way to do business but thinking about it, is it? Perhaps it is a cunning plan to make people keep ordering more items!0 -

You can always opt to receive all items in 1 delivery (ie. combine multiple parcels together), that is- if you could afford to wait and didn't need the items urgently

Exactly the same for me! Surely it can't take 9 days to arrive through the post. Will give it until Monday and then I will phone them.0
