  • That's good news, keeping fingers crossed that everyone has trouble free dispatch :). I'm impressed that hm haven't stung people on the £6 but it would have really annoyed us all and probably lost them future custom.

I always think that companies can make their ordering systems watertight from code glitches if they really want to (plenty do)....!

does anyone know how long it takes for the order to be confirmed? as i have now changed my order as i requested payment slip in parcel but read that they charge you for that so have now re ordered 2 pairs for £8.49 but under orders pending on 1 pair it says this item can not be delivered so i'm unsure what i will be getting now :rotfl:

i put in two pairs of jeans, the codes and a pair of boots and somehow it came to $4? i went to pay for it thinking it might say no and it said thanks it's on your monthly invoice - which i never use. i wonder what will happen and for how much? worse case i'll just return everything.

  • Does anyone know if they have the same labels for online orders and in store?

Just brought a new suit in h and m at the weekend, but need to use it on monday for a new job.
I was just wondering if I could order it online and take it back with the instore receipt I have? I no it will not be a mega saving but would be about £7.50 saved an as I need to buy a few new shirts would really help me out this month.

They have different tags online with no price on them x
  • My order came to £9.38 using the 10% and free delivery code first. Enter the delivery code before the discount code.

the tags are not quite the same - the online purchases do not display a price on the tags (well not on boys or baby clothing they don't) and I know they do in store. However, other than that they are the same, with a bar code on, so I dont see why you couldn't return it in store? hth
