Hihi.

Well after looking around, the best I found was on moneysupermarket with a company called Bell.

Me as first driver. Girly as second. I have 2 claims, one at fault, none no claims bonus. She has no claims but no no claims bonus either. Both 20 years old.

£1200 for third party fire and theft on a £2000 car (pug 206 1.1)....

Does this sound reasonable? Fully comp is no less than £1900 which is ashame really but we're both sensible drivers!

Are there any good sites taht aren't in the moneysupermarket database that I should try? Tesco's was a lot more expensive!

Hi try ecars monthly policy, I have 1 years NCB, but 3 claims and I'm paying £82 a month, after 8 months, I'll have 2 years NCB and it should drop to around £55.

The NCB is transferable after 8 months.

    Try Admiral

I got under £1000 fully comp - I'm 19 and have no NCB. 2006 Grande Punto. Having my parents as named drivers probably helped but I'm the main driver and owner.

Admiral was £200 more expensive than Bell for me (owned by the admiral group)

Found it for £1000 which i'm happy about. 2 accidents, one at fault, (19 years old and no ncb), but then 2 more named drivers on the Pug 206 :)

It is difficult to advise on the best car insurance on price because everyone has different circumstances. For me esure has been the best recently with my circumstances, but it may not be the best for you.

The insurance quote search sites like confuse.com or the AA do not cover all insurance companies just the ones they can get a good deal with and, again, often for people with circumstances different to yours.

The only real answer is to do your own research on the internet for your circumstances.
