[STRIKE]If someone could explain, in non-technical terms, what Roboform is I'd be really grateful! :)[/STRIKE] Thanks Ren, for explaining Roboform :)

[STRIKE]Same with Rafflecopter! I use it sometimes, but couldn't really put into words for the FAQ what it actually is![/STRIKE]
    thanks again, ren

Some of the potential questions I offered in the OP are already in the comping guide. Would it be worth just doing a revised version of the guide for the CCC?
I think now we have the CCC people just land here and ask, rather than read the guide. Would it be worth splitting the guide into rules (which can stay on the main board) and FAQs for the CCC, like 'how many times can I enter ITV comps' etc, etc ...

    edit

I'm still working on this ... if anyone's still reading this far back ... it's just that life has taken over unfortunately ...
  • if I want to insert screen grabs to show what I'm explaining in the FAQ section would I need to host them somewhere, or just upload them from my PC?

If I need to host them, where's best?

Hi,you'd need to save them to your PC & then upload to such as Photobucket.
There are other sites eg: http://imageshack.us/

I tend to use Photobucket though.

Thanks weeowens. I was going to use imageshack but can't get the site to load. I have a photobucket account already, it's linked to the email address I use here and I didn't want to create another to keep things separate

so, i had a scout around and found this http://imgbox.com/
looks simple so even i shouldn't be able to mess it up :rotfl:
