Well I don't want to be seen as greedy..........
BTW I have received no reply to my previous recorded delivery letters so have sent them another one and an Invoice. I can only assume that they agreed to my terms. Therefore I must now be mortgage free!?
Does anyone know whether the banks monitor these forums? Most sensible businesses monitor feedback that is posted about them on sites like Tripadvisor etc, ( I think I've answered my own question,....sensible businesses)!0
