If you opt for buying offshore because it's cheaper, you lose all the consumer protection that adds to the cost in the UK. That means it's up to the goodwill of the vendor from here. Whether it's worth fixing or scrapping is up to you. Don't forget the HTC motherboard may very easily be a fake itself!0

I bought some gadgets with tinydeal earlier, everytime there are defects, they asked me to return, and I have no other choices.
But now I prefer more to sites like ebay, amazon, budgetgadgets, etc.
