The best way to find out is to phone a national house surveyor and ask them which lender will lend on this type of property.

You can obtain a mortgage from a number of lenders

Howeverr, the loan to value may be resticted

This can depend on the lender.

There are lenders that will lend on anything but interest rates are higher.

Contact Allied Surveyors for a list of lenders.

Royal Bank of Scotland might be worth a call, they're quite flexible

If Gmac will do it you can bet on any of the HBOS group Colleys surveyors will tell you.

I did one of these back in Jan went with HBOS, there are other lenders who did it also, I think infinity mortgages had quite a high LTV on them but I am going off memory here so please dont take action on what I have said. If you tell me your income, how much you want to borrow, I will call my networks mortgage desk and get the names of some more lenders for youMM
