Once discharged do you hear much from your OR?

    Hi all

From the OR's perspective, once they have discharged you, there is no point or incentive in making further contact with you; this would just eat up time and resources which would be more efficiently spent dealing with active/current bankruptcies.

The Insolvency Register will indicate your scheduled date of discharge from when your bankruptcy petition is accepted. It is expected that you will understand you have been discharged on this date unless you specifically hear somthing to the contrary from the OR.

    Hope that helps

to follow on from NDr's post......[and advice given on here regularly years ago]....it is worthwhile, whilst undischarged [or believed so]....frequently checking he IS website.....bookmark your page, for example.

Once AD has occurred, print off the page which shows one's discharge..several copies helps...
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
